March 1 and 3, 2019 - Grace Chorale of Brooklyn premieres collaborative choral drama written with Tanyaradzwa Tawengwa to commemorate the centennial of the Red Summer of 1919.

 June 16, 2o18 - Three Frogs in Arco, Idaho premiered at the Toronto Creative Music Lab by NOA Trio (01:59.00):

June 4, 2018 - Clarinetist Lucy Hatem performed We are the same we have always been for bass clarinet and live electronics at June in Buffalo.

May 8-26 - Flannery was artist-in-residence at Craters of the Moon National Monument.  While at Craters, Flannery made field recordings in the park; wrote Three Frogs in Arco, Idaho for clarinet, electric guitar, double bass; and live electronics featuring onsite field recordings; and held a free public program where participants learned about the process of recording and could "play" recordings with motion sensors and a custom mobile app.
